There are many variations of the dish, ranging from vegetarian to seafood paellas. Argentina Grill House will introduce paella in its traditional version tonight. It is originally a Valencian dish usually made of rice, vegetables, beans, and rabbit meat, seasoned with saffron and rosemary – tonight cooked in front of your eyes by a native Spanish chef.
Traditionally, Valencians used snails as the main ingredient for their paellas. No worries if you are not a snail-fan; tonight’s dish will be based on chicken and rabbit meat. Paella is customarily cooked over the open fire with branches from fruit trees and pines to enhance the flavor.
