So, fashion hunters of Brno, prepare yourselves for the best fashion market in the city. MINT fashion market is coming to Brno for two days featuring designs of plenty well-known and novice Czech artists.
Why is it different than shopping in the malls? MINT is the first big event to take place in the new market building at Zelný trh and invites visitors to discover its renewed interior. “Every time, we try to find unique venues to hold our fashion markets. Finding the right place in a good condition is one of the difficulties. Another very time consuming point is communicating with the designers, as our event features more than 150 sellers. But usually the final result is worth going through all the difficulties,” says Petra Kopuleta, PR Executive of MINT.
The team of MINT has been organizing fashion markets for over ten years with the main goal to introduce great designers and manufacturers to the Czech audience. Petra explained “We focus mainly on Czech designers, but we do invite also creative sellers from neighboring countries such as Slovakia. We have a good cooperation with an organisation similar to us in Hungary named VAMP so we get a lot of sellers from there and we try to motivate our regular sellers to go to the events happening in Hungary.”
The name MINT was adopted this autumn aiming to establish an original brand name and make the events stand out. Petra told us that there are other MINT markets in Prague, Karlovy Vary, Plzen, and this year for first time in Ceske Budejovice
What can you expect at the market? Everything a fashionista needs will be to get there. One of a kind design pieces, accessories, jewelry and gift items coming right out of the studios and workshops of brands such as Marko.in, Design by Lucie, Lull Loungewear, Fraise, Lovemusic Stores, Family Shirt, Shimido Children’s Clothing, Rebeliot Design Socks, Bubibubi Ties, Pregnancy fashion Povila, Montmat leather handbags, jewelry Tomas Holub, Samesis, or Acid Design, and many more.
