Do you love Brno as much as we do? Capture your best summer moment in Brno and win Brno Daily Instagram photo contest – #SummerBrnoDaily! You don’t have to be a professional photographer, just be creative and original!
Everyone is a judge in our contest. Vote for your favorite picture with Instagram likes. The shot with most likes will be the winner of #SummerBrnoDaily contest. You can give unlimited likes to your favorite pics from July 4 to July 21. Where can you find the pictures? Simply search Instagram for the hashtag #SummerBrnoDaily and you will see them all.
How can you enter the contest?
Caption your summer moment and upload it to your Instagram account. Include #SummerBrnoDaily and @BrnoDaily. Include a brief write-up (2-5 sentences) in your caption telling us how your entry relates to the theme or why it’s personally significant to you. Follow @BrnoDaily for updates. Simple as that.

What’s there for you?
It’s summer giveaway time! We’re partnering up with @LiveNation, @Foreigners.cz and @NocniMotyl to give three lucky followers an extra boost to their summer adventures.
The winner of #SummerBrnoDaily contest will get a large-format canvas print of his or her photo (make sure to read the rules and ensure your picture has a good quality) and the picture will be also displayed in a small public exhibition.
The winner of the event will get also an extra surprise prize – check contest updates to learn more.
The second winner will get 2 tickets for the outdoor cinema of the Letní kino Brno-střed and a gift box from Foreigners.cz. For the third place, we prepared two tickets to the summer cinema. The films are screened in Czech with English and German subtitles.
When can you submit your pictures?
The competition starts on Tuesday July 4, 2017 and will run until July 21, 2017. Don’t rush to post a picture, make sure you have the best shot possible and then share it! The voting will run in the same period.
How is the winner decided?
It’s simple, the picture with the most likes will win the first prize. Prizes from our partners will be given to the contestants with top voted pictures.
Rules
We created a few rules to make sure everything will be fair and square!
- Theme of the picture – Best Summer Moment in Brno.
- The photo must be original and owned by the user. Stay away from copyrights infringements and be creative.
- Some basic editing of the photo, color enhancement, filters, and cropping is allowed.
- Images that have been entered in prior Brno Daily summer contest 2017 are not eligible. You cannot simply “tag” an older photo/video.
- Maximum 3 submissions per user.
- By entering the competition, you grant Brno Daily the right to publish and exhibit your photographs on our website and social media.
- Make sure you have an original copy of the photo in HD resolution. The winning picture will be printed so a good resolution is required.
- Don’t forget to use the right hashtag #BrnoDailyContest and follow @BrnoDaily.
