Brno, July 20 (BD) – Become a part of Prototyp fest 2017! Are you a hobbyist, scientist, artist, designer or musician and like to connect science, technology with art, as we do? Apply for this open call and show your work to more than 2000 visitors!
Prototyp welcomes all creatives, scientists, teachers, experimenters, creative groups, DIYers, designers, enthusiasts, musicians, and others who want to show their work to the wolrd. The organizers encourage those who consider participation: “Don’t hesitate to unleash your imagination—a great challenge is ahead of you!”

Imagine a beautiful world where art and technology innovation are harmonically and naturally linked – this is a goal of a Prototyp festival. Prototyp’s 2017 official theme is Art, science, technology; last year, the main topic was Elements.
Every year in mid-November, three-day program of interactive installations, lectures and live performances comes to life.
Artistic and technological festival shows work of Czech and foreign teams of students and professionals from many fields.
The first day of the festival is traditionally commenced by a big opening party with live musical performances, a fashion show, and a rich accompanying program.
The second day is dedicated to families with children; thematic workshops and games are prepared for them.
The last day features lectures and workshops which explain the principles that were used in creating the exhibited works.
