‘Pivnice Na Oltecu’ located at Hybešova 313/71 violated many rules and regulations set for a pub and food establishment.

The inspectors found:

  • Toilets out of order
  • Poor hygiene conditions on the toilets
  • Unavailable warm water supply for washing hands
  • Strongly neglected cleaning
  • Filth on the walls
  • Filth on the floor
  • Filth on shelves or equipment
  • Damage of the walls
  • Risk of contamination of foodstuffs due to unsatisfactory premises

The conditions gave the Inspection grounds to say that there was a high risk of food contamination; therefore, the pub must have been closed.
