Brno, Sep 21 (BD) – Brno Dragon will fly all over Europe along with the second airplane named Spirit of South Moravia. The two planes will promote the city and the region of South Moravia across Europe.
The first flight of Brno Dragon to Brno was followed by presentations about the city and the whole region at the local airport for representatives of business, tour operators and journalists.
The goal is to raise awareness of air travels to Brno
The promotion will take place through the British Midland Regional Airlines’ two aircrafts and a British Midland Regional Airlines on-board magazine. The goal is to raise awareness of air travels to Brno, to promote the whole region and to attract more tourists to the city and the region boast about.
Starting on October 29th, 2017, BMI will have an evening flight from Brno to Munich. On weekdays, the flight will depart at 19:00 and land in Munich at 20:05. On Sunday, there will be a flight from Brno at 18:15 and it’ll land in Munich at 19:20.
The new flight schedules will facilitate the transfers across Europe and the world. The afternoon flight remains unchanged, and is departing from Munich at 10:55 and from Brno at 12:30.
During 2016, this line transferred over 12 thousand passengers. In 2017, the same number of passengers was achieved by the end of the summer.
