Brno, Sep 29 (BD)In many cities of South Moravia, beer lovers will be able to taste unconventional beers in small traditional breweries. This is a good reason to explore South Moravia, enjoy the beauty of nature in fall and please your taste buds.

One of the breweries that will present autumn beer specials is Hasičský pivovar Bítov brewery in Znojmo region. “The philosophy of our brewery is simple – we produce fair beer of lager type with classic Czech technology,” the brewery writes on their website.

“This year, we have prepared a special fifteen degrees beer. It is a fermented beer similar to the Irish type”, the owner of the brewery, Roman Tesař explained to the Czech regional daily Brnensky Denik earlier this week.

You can also buy a special beer from the Zámecký pivovar brewery in Břeclav. “Just like last year, we have prepared a thirteen degrees semi-dark lager for St. Wenceslas,” brewer Dušan Táborský said.

Beerserker brewery will introduce not one, but several autumn beers. “We have prepared several specials for the people. A thirteen degrees semi-dark beer, an American Stout of fourteen degrees made out of oatmeal, and also a strong and distinctly aromatic Double IPA,” Pavel Macháň said in the interview for Brnensky Denik.

In the city of Blansko, north from Brno, a special dark beer produced by Vesnický pivovar Ohrada will be available.

“This is a special beer. It has a coffee color and it’s bitter, with caramel flavor. The beer is limited, and it will be available only at the end of September and in early October at Agrocentrum Ohrada,” Michal Kamba, the brewery director said.

The Lišák brewery in Vyškov keeps their autumn beer a top secret. “We are preparing something special for the people, but I will keep it for myself and I will say nothing more,” Jan Michálek said on behalf of the brewery. That’s a good reason to visit Vyškov this autumn and discover this mysterious beer, right?

Lišák brewery is a home brewery brewing unfiltered and unpasteurized beer of various styles from around the world.

The famous Petr Hauskrecht brewery is also preparing an autumn special edition. “I brew this beer prepared from fresh hops, which need to be processed immediately,” Hauskrecht explained.

Hauskrecht has all their 22 Google reviews ranked 5*. Hauskrecht brewery official motto goes: “We do what we can to make you enjoy the beer.”
