Last chance to get on Brno retro-tram
Brno’s popular retro-tram, Line 10, will run for the last time in 2017 this Sunday, October 8.
Brno will see its oldie again in April 2018.
Every first Saturday of the month from April to October, one of the retro trams (T3 1525 or K2 1123 / II) run through Brno streets. The standard tariffs and transport conditions of IDS JMK apply. You can find the timetable below.

The Brno tramway network was the first network of its kind to be put into operation in the nowadays Czech Republic, its horse tram lines dating back to 1869.
New transport lines for the International Engineering trade fair 2017
The International Engineering Fair (MSV) is one of the biggest fairs in Brno and the leading industrial trade fair in Central Europe with annual participation reaching more than 1.500 exhibitors and 75.000 visitors.
For the time of the International Engineering Fair (October 9 – 13, 2017), the transport capacity from the train and bus main stations (Hlavní nádraží and Zvonařka) to the Exhibition Center will be extended.
New line P1 and P2 will be introduced.
New routes of lines P1 and P2:
- Line P1 will run every day of the fair from 8:00 to 19:00; on Friday October 13, only until 17:00.
Route: Zvonařka – Hlavní nádraží (1st and 4th track) – Mendlovo náměstí – Výstaviště, hlavní vstup – Lipová – Pisárky (exit only).
- Line P2 will run every day of the fair from 8:30 to 13:30 on the route:
Stará osada – Malinovské náměstí – Hlavní nádraží (1st and 2nd track) – Mendlovo náměstí – Výstaviště, Main entrance – Lipová – Pisárky (exit only).
The departure stop of the P1 and P2 lines to the center will be Lipová
Please, be advised that the fares on the lines is not free of charge!
