“Every sushi chef, even very skilled Japanese master will tell you that to make great, well-balanced sushi can takes maybe the entire life.
We taking this process very serious. We would love to show the people how fluffy rice could be, how ingredients such as Nori seaweed from Japan – not Chinese seaweed (commonly used in Czech republic) look like and how could it work together in wonderful piece of sushi. Also we educate them how to eat sushi and enjoy this traditional Japanese meal,” Margita adds. She organizes the event with her partner Martin Rous.
If you want to order you have to do it in advance from their menu. Choose time and pay, which is possible, in their website sushimarket.cz.
Also sushi as temaki sushi cones, rice bowl, saké and japanese green tea – don’t need pre-order.
If you can’t make it for tomorrow’s sushi day,be sure you will not miss the next one. The next Sushi day will be at 25th of November and it will be the last of 2017!
