In addition to markets, snow, decorated streets, and a luminous tram, December in Brno is also about sending Christmas cards and parcels.

Brno, Dec 14 (BD) – This may lead you to a Czech Post (Česká pošta) location in the weeks to come. You are always within walking distance of a state-run post office in Brno, and they provide all the services that you are likely to require this holiday season.
Services include regular mail, registered mail, business letter (for sending bulk mail), insured mail for valuable packages, express mail, and even services for those with visual impairments. All services are available both domestically and internationally.
You can save time by going to Czech Post’s website and downloading the forms that you will need for some services, for example, registered mail and Express Mail Service (EMS). It is not a requirement for Czech postal workers to speak English, and while some do, it can be helpful to have the forms ready to submit when you arrive.
