Skautský institut organizes free language sessions every second Thursday, and invites all foreigners and those who wish to practice foreign languages to join them, starting today.
Today’s meeting starts at 19h, and in case you can’t make it, the following meetings will be held on January 15 and February 8.
The organizers describe language sessions as relaxed, informal events with games and drinks. The idea to organize them came from the fact that a lot of foreigners and local people struggle with learning languages they don’t get to use on regular basis, and would benefit from a place where they could connect and interact.
The meetups are usually run by Joel and Agniezska, an Australian-Polish duo.
Organizers also mentioned the feedback they got so far was positive, with people enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and an occasional beer.
