On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of exhibitions in The House of the Lords of Kunštát, there is a special program for the fans of art: “Open Day in The House of the Lords of Kunštát – From Trojka to the attic”.

People can visit the studios and other premises that are not usually open to the public such as the attic where the international artists within the Brno Artists in Residence program live and create.

When: Feb. 8, 2018 at 10 am – ?
Open every day: Tue – Sun 10 am – 6 pm

Program:
10 am – 8 pm free admission to exhibitions
5 pm – 8 pm competition for three copies of the second updated edition of The Brno Architecture Manual scheduled for sale on 8 February
5 pm – 7 pm art workshop for children – BAM original coloring books
5 pm – talk about the history of the House of the Lords of Kunštát (Jana Vránová)
5.30 pm – guided tour of A Ring in the Parking Lot exhibition in G99 Gallery (Marta Fišerová Cwiklinski)
6 pm – tour of the residence premises (Marta Fišerová Cwiklinski) + open studios: Marie Štindlová (CZ) and Lörinc Borsos (H)
6.30 pm – guided tour of the exhibition By Virtue of / Dalibor Chatrný, on the 1st floor (Terezie Petišková)

From 8 pm evening music program at the Trojka café.

All-day access to the offices of the Větrné mlýny publishers (8 am – 8 pm). Apart from a book sale and a projection of a literary film visitors can look forward to trying alphabet soup, poets’ slivovitz and publishers’ jelly.
