On Saturday, February 24, Indian cook Suman will teach a lesson on a number of Indian recipes. Participants will become familiar with the exotic scents and spices that are representative of India’s cuisine, organizers write on their Facebook.
You will learn how to prepare dal fry, a typical dish that is often served in Indian restaurants, with bread or rice on the side; chana masala, the extremely popular vegetarian dish made with chickpeas, onion, tomatoes, coriander seed and garlic. Lastly, you will learn how to make naan, the special bread that is characteristic of the Middle East, Central Asia and the Indian subcontinent, the official website promises.
The course will be held mostly in English. Coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, organizers added in the description of their event on Facebook.
The price of the course is 1700 CZK, and each participant will receive a certificate.
