On Sunday, April 8, traveler and chef Milan Vaclavik will prepare a 5-course menu with unusual and “extreme“ food that cannot easily be found in other restaurants.
Along with every course, you will also get an explanation of the origins of the meal and the way it was prepared.
You can look forward to:
1) Burgundy snails with herb butter and toasted baguette
2) Frog legs with French sour cream and white wine
3) Nile crocodile medallions grilled on herbs, served on mango salad with mint
4) Scorpions in red wine
5) Panna cotta with durian and vanilla.
Tickets can be bought at Klub cestovatelů (Veleslavínova 14, Brno 612 00), and they cost 990 CZK.
