This Wednesday April 18, Domeq will hold its first karaoke event beginning at 7pm, where you will have a great opportunity to show off your rock star pipes!
Even those who would generally never sing in front of a crowd will find it much easier when others start to do it as well. Having music to back them up seems to give people confidence, as though they were not standing alone before the audience.
As mentioned in a blog by Foreigners’, the host of this event in cooperation with My Kitchen Bistro, “karaoke is an activity that brings people together, keeps the guests talking, and is a great ice-breaking tool which helps create new relationships… And if you don’t feel you have the nerve to sing front and centre, sing along from your seat or the dance floor. With the powerful sound system and mixing board with special effects, your normal voice can be turned into something spectacular”.
During this event, there will be delicious refreshments for sale by MyKitchen and other drinks like Bernard beer, Moravian wine and apple cider.
