Brno, Jun 22 (BD) – The historical tram line H4 will run in the city center during the summer months. Passengers can board at the following stops: Komenského náměstí – Česká – Malinovského náměstí – Hlavní nádraží – Nové sady – Hybešova – Václavská – Mendlovo náměstí. The H24 line, operated by historic trolleybuses, will connect to the line H4 route from Mendlovo náměstí through Výstaviště-hlavní vstup, Pisárky, Anthropos, Optátova, and Vozovna Komín.
Both lines will run on non-working days, including holidays, from 10h to 18h at 60 minute intervals. The regular IDS JMK tariff applies on the lines. “Passengers can look forward to historical tram No. 107, typical for its wooden lining, and 6Tr, 7Tr or 9Tr historical trolleybuses,” said Brno Transport Company (DPMB) spokeswoman Barbora Doležalová yesterday.
