Brno, Jul 4 (BD) – Visitors to the zoo can use the “seasonal entrance” every day throughout July and August, entering from the parking area in Knínice. After the holidays, it will be open on weekends only. Tickets can be bought at the gate from 9am to 5pm every day in the summer season.
“There is no longer a need to go back a few hundred meters from Kníniček to the main entrance. People can buy tickets directly in the parking area and get into the Zoo right across the road under Beringie,” said Martin Hovorka, director of Brno Zoo.
“The main reason for opening the new gate is to provide more convenience for visitors,” added the zoo’s spokesman Michal Vaňáč.
