Brno, Jul 19 (BD) – Brno’s Reservoir is regularly inspected on five sites (Kozí horka, Rokle, Osada, Rakovec, and Sokolské koupaliště) by The Regional Hygienic Authority of South Moravia (KHS JmK). At the moment, none of them offers water suitable for bathing (frowning face emoticon).

The public can find a complete online catalogue of natural swimming pools in South Moravia and up-to-date results of the hygienic tests on the website of The Regional Hygienic Authority of South Moravia (KHS JmK).

The sampling inspection is carried out by the hygienists in Brno on weekly basis. Laboratories control the biological and microbiological properties of water. The visible pollution is evaluated directly on site.

The last round of inspections in Brno took place this Monday, July 16.
