Masaryk University commemorates the 50th anniversary of the invasion of the Warsaw Pact troops in an audiovisual form.
Brno, Aug 21 (BD) – Starting on August 20th a short movie entitled “1968 – The Year of Sorrow and Loss” will be projected on the face of the Masaryk University Rector’s Office building from a projector installed in Moravské náměstí for several consecutive nights.
The screening of a seven-minute film was launched yesterday night. The screening commemorating the dramatic events in Czechoslovakia in August 1968 will be broadcasted daily until Thursday, August 24.
