Brno, Feb 25 (BD) – Happening in Tržnice at Zelný Trh, on March 23, from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, everyone can come and see the job fair – free of charge! With the job fair’s main partner being RWS Moravia, and Brno Daily as the media partner, the fair will host many exhibiting employers from big international companies. Meet with recruiters and representatives from prominent companies such as Amazon, Infosys, AT&T Global Network Services, Grafton Recruitment, Oracle NetSuite, Reed Personnel Services, Kiwi.com, Lufthansa InTouch, and more.

When it comes to why one should attend, Kateřina Kukrechtová of JobSpin.cz job board, the organiser of the job fair, said, “It’s the most direct way to get to know the organisation you want to work with. It really makes a difference – answering an online ad and actually speaking face-to-face with the recruiter. You get to know the company culture, how they interact and what they have to offer.”

This job fair is not only for job-seekers – those thinking of changing career paths may also benefit from attending. “It’s a really good way to discover what’s in the job market – maybe you want to change your job and you don’t know how things could be. It’s a good place for research too,” says Kukrechtová.

She added, “If you want to work for a particular company, you can inquire about various career opportunities; companies don’t always publish their vacancies at the moment, but if you ask, you can show them that you are the best candidate for a position that they did not know they needed – and they can give you an insight on what vacancies will be opening in the future.”

Although, this is not the only thing happening in the fair; there will also be a program, with six expert presentations, on topics such as visa and relocation matters, employee cards in the Czech Republic, and health insurance. There will also be Czech language workshops, and immigration information for everyone; also, a CV consulting panel will be available the whole day for you to get advice on improving your CV or résumé.
