The Czech Republic is currently a very attractive country for foreign professionals. With a growing economy and the lowest unemployment rate in the European Union (2.7% in April 2019), the country offers job opportunities for people from all over the world. “Foreigners”, a relocation agency with Czech roots, has recently launched a new project for expats: an e-book in English giving advice on how to find a job in the Czech Republic. Brno, May 21 (BD) – Despite the good conditions for jobseekers, not everyone knows where and how to search for jobs, which resources to use, or how to deal with job applications. The e-book gives complete information in English, making the job search much easier and less time-consuming for expats.

“Our company has been providing various services for foreigners for nearly a decade. During that time, we’ve had many requests and questions about employment in the Czech Republic. People from abroad are interested in building their career in this country. This is how the e-book was born,” said Andrea Tkačuková, CEO and co-founder of Foreigners. “We were collecting information, interviewing expats and hiring consultants for more than 10 months. And now it’s here – the ultimate guide which will save expats the time they would have spent on Google, and help them find their dream job in our country.”

The e-book contains lists of recruitment agencies and employment websites, tips from HR consultants, hints on how to use social media for an effective job search, dates of the nearest job fair events, interviews with expats living in the Czech Republic and more!

“I enjoy that I can do the job that I love and still have a decent life,“ says Tatiana Savchenko, a Russian teacher living in Brno. “I have never worked in my country but I know that in the Czech Republic my profession is more respected and pays better.”

The price of the e-book is 690 CZK. It can be bought on www.jobsinczechia.com.

Foreigners operates in six Czech cities (Brno, Prague, Olomouc, Pilsen, Hradec Králové, and Ostrava). Their mission is to make expats feel at home in the Czech Republic. For more information about their wide range of services visit www.foreigners.cz.
