Brno / Bratislava, Sep 21 (BD) – Protests were held on Friday in Bratislava’s Námestie Slobody, as revelations connected with the ongoing investigation into the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak and his fiancee continue to send shockwaves through Slovakia politics. Organisers estimated that the protest was attended by around 4,000 people.

The protest coincided with the Climate Strike, held in the square earlier on the same day.

For A Decent Slovakia, the activist group organising the event, said that two further demonstrations will take place before elections, due in March.
