Wine Up caters for wine lovers, while the wide range of beer on offer at the Craftbeer Bottle Shop & Bar will appeal to beer enthusiasts. Lots of tasty snacks that go well with alcoholic drinks will be available, and the music will help to create the right atmosphere. Martina Langhammerová, one of the event organizers, explained: “In collaboration with Wine Up, we wanted to show what’s new in the world of craft beer and wine. We want to let Brno know that there is much more to the modern beer and wine scene than it might look at first sight, and we want those who like beer and wine to know where to go for a good drink. But what’s really important is to simply enjoy the cool afternoon with great music and food.”
The organizers selected The Distillery because of its history. “Originally a real distillery, the venue is somewhat close to us,” said Langhammerová with a laugh. “The premises are beautifully refurbished and the place has a real atmosphere. It’s simply a ‘perfect match’ for our event.”
