From October 4th to October 7th, Avion hotel on Česká, that is currently being renovated, will host Brno Design Days, the biggest design festival in the city.
Brno, Oct 4 (BD) – This year’s Brno Design Days festival theme is “DISCLOSE”, following previous years’ themes of “IMMERSE” and “UNSEEN”.
The festival promises a program that will include inspirational lectures, workshops, site-specific installations, design projects around the city centre, fashion shows, and design shops. Brno Design Days will also feature several movie screenings and parties. Find the program here.
The KOGAA studio is the main organizer and designer of the architectural concept for the event and installations. KOGAA founding partner Alexandra Georgescu is the main curator of the festival. She first brought the festival to Brno in 2015.
The Brno Design Days opening event is today at 4 pm-10 pm.
Avion hotel is currently being renovated and its rooms look stunning.
