Brno, July 19 (BD) – Due to additional repairs at the outer tram platforms in front of the central train station a new temporary tram stop was arranged right in front of the entrance of Letmo building.

The repairs include laying of the new tiles on the platforms. Despite the tram stop being moved just a few meters many passengers find themselves confused and uncomfortable, especially in the morning rush hour.

A big confusion has been created for the passengers since the temporary tram stop is not easily distinguished as it is marked only by a red tape. After the installation of the first temporary stop in front of the Post Office, the new temporary stop makes the situation in the area more complicated and many passengers seem to be flustered. The repairs are expected to be completed by the end of July.

The tram lines that stop at the new temporary stop are the tram line 1 in direction to Bystrc, tram line 2 in direction to Ústřední hřbitov, tram line 4 to Náměstí Míru, and line P6.

The following night buses also stop there: N89 in direction to U Luhu, N92 in direction to Bystrc, N95 in direction to Kamenný vrch, N97 in direction to Jírovcova and N98 in direction to Bartolomějská.

Outdoor information desks were placed at many spots at the tram stops to help passengers locate the right place.
