‘Pivnice Na Oltecu’ located at Hybešova 313/71 violated many rules and regulations set for a pub and food establishment.
The inspectors found:
- Toilets out of order
- Poor hygiene conditions on the toilets
- Unavailable warm water supply for washing hands
- Strongly neglected cleaning
- Filth on the walls
- Filth on the floor
- Filth on shelves or equipment
- Damage of the walls
- Risk of contamination of foodstuffs due to unsatisfactory premises
The conditions gave the Inspection grounds to say that there was a high risk of food contamination; therefore, the pub must have been closed.
