Business For Breakfast (BforB) gives you all the tools you need to make your business grow. English Business Club serves a breakfast for the first time in Brno!
English Business Club welcomes all entrepreneurs who do not speak Czech or want to connect with international business community in the town to the “English Business Club BforB Opening”.
The aim of the initiative is to encourage people from the business world to take a step forward to success.
“Business for Breakfast is a business club that helps its members significantly grow their businesses through relationship marketing and the passing of qualified referrals,” Romana Sittova, the manager of English Business Club explains.
The Business for Breakfast is a perfect club for local, small and medium business owners.
Through relationship marketing and recommendations, the BforB gives the chance to broaden participants’ networks.
Romana Sittova got inspired abroad and decided to bring the concept to Brno. “I was inspired by English BforB which was established in 2001 in UK and some years later it started to work in the Czech Republic too,” she says.
Visitors are encouraged to share ideas, opportunities and tips with entrepreneurs from other sectors in a tranquil and noncompetitive breakfast environment.
“The basic program of every meeting has similar agenda. All participants have to introduce themselves, their businesses and tell the others what they are searching there. They also have time to enjoy good breakfast and let their business become part of a friendly and welcoming culture,” Romana Sittova describes the BforB concept.
When we asked her what people can expect, Sittova gave us a surprising answer: “I can find a lot of good examples of successful business and also of personal cases. During BforB meetings participants signed contracts for hundreds thousands crowns. Personally, I know couples who got married after being members of BforB.”
How many clubs and participants are there in the Czech Republic? “BforB clubs exist all over the Czech Republic – there are 65 BforB clubs. However, English Business Club is only in Prague. The average number of members in each club is approximately fifteen. But we have also clubs where thirty members and some guests regularly meet every second week,” Romana Sittova adds.
“I would like to invite your readers to English Business Club BforB Opening Ceremony on 12 October here in Brno. If this date does not suit them, they can contact me for a new one because this event will take place in Slavia hotel every second Thursday morning,” Sittova invites the local entrepreneurs.
Want to attend? All you have to do is to bring yourself plus around thirty business cards to distribute among the businessmen you will get to know. The fee for the event is 300 CZK for the actual breakfast.
