I had to send a fax (yes fax in 2017) and I was really anxious if I could do it and how I would explain what i want to the people that are working there (I was going with the idea that no one will understand English).
Have to say that the guy who served me was super friendly, with excellent English, making jokes of sending fax in 2017, singing all the time even if it was 9 a.m. and raining outside!
Have to mention that the second time i wanted to send a fax I had the same excellent service again from the same person!
