Michael Malarkey is a British American singer, songwriter, and actor. He is best known for his role of Enzo in the popular American TV show Vampire Diaries.

What comes first – actor or songwriter? For Malarkey, the writer came first, then the self-taught musician, rapidly followed by the self-made actor, Belgium event website Wattedoen.be writes. He is known for his role in Vampire Diaries but he feels that music is something that represents better than the art of acting.
“I don’t want people to think, that I am just some actor who recorded some stupid album aside. I’ve put all my life and all my heart in that record,” Malarkey says. He has been playing guitar and writing lyrics since he was 17.
He prepared Mongrels in collaboration with many great musicians. Malarkey also released two EPs earlier, Feed The Flames (2014) and Knots (2015).
It is not the first time Malarkey visits the Czech Republic. He is coming back after his successful show in Prague.
