Most known for his work with the group The Frames and the folk-rock duo The Swell Season, folk musician Glen Hansard is coming to Brno’s Sono Centrum as a part of his February tour.
Hansard is also known for his acting. He starred in the film Once, which got him an Academy Award for Best Song in 2008. The song “Falling Slowly” was co-written with Czech singer, songwriter, musician, and actress Markéta Irglová.
His new studio album Between Two Shores was released in January 2018, and visitors to Sono Centrum will have a chance to hear it live on February 25.
The concert starts at 8 pm. Ticket prices range from 890 CZK to 1290 CZK, with a VIP ticket price of 2990 CZK.
