Brno, Mar 23 (BD) – The young leopards (male and female) were born on November 21, 2017 and are doing very well. The twins will be baptised by the successful blogger of Cool Brno Blog Michaela Salačová and Czech Miss World 2013 contestant Lucie Kovandová.
However, the baptism of the leopards will not be the only Saturday event at the zoo. Also scheduled is the Spring Welcome program, which will be excellent for children.

“All those interested can look forward to the symbolic expulsion of winter in the form of a Morana [figurine, a traditional symbol of winter], at which they will throw paper balls,” spokesman of Zoo Brno Michal Vaňáč explains.
The spring educational trail and traditional crafts workshop, annual springtime traditions at Zoo Brno, will also be held.

9:00 – 15:00 – educational trail (Zoo Brno)
14:00 – baptism of Ceylon leopards (section of leopards next to the administrative building)
14:45 – 15:30 – workshop and Morana expulsion (podium at the Children’s Zoo)
15:30 – evaluation of the trail (podium at the Children’s zoo)
