Well, the possibility you miss the winter right now is probably quite low. But we can’t deny winter sports are cool and we wish we could enjoy them all year long.
VIDA science center features a 190 m2 ice rink for both adults and children to enjoy ice skating or ice hockey during the hot summer months! It’s so cool because not even a drop of water was used to make this ice rink. The synthetic ice does not require water or electricity to be made and works like real ice. VIDA in Brno currently hosts the largest installation of synthetic ice in the Czech Republic.
You can only enjoy the ice rink but the whole exciting VIDA science center. VIDA can be the best option for young and older science lovers! What can you do there? You can try many scientific experiments, create your own tornado, launch a hydrogen rocket, freeze your own shadow and there is more waiting for you to be explored. You will feel like a real scientist! It is located near Brno trade fair – you can reach it on bus.
Anyone can have fun at VIDA! The center opens at nine in the morning and invites everyone to have fun and learn more about science until six in the evening!
You don’t need your own skating equipment as you can rent it on spot free of charge.
