Brno, August 11 (BD) – The swimming pool at Kraví hora is modernizing its technology to attract more visitors and simplify the service.
The sports and recreation complex, whose founder is Brno-střed, is preparing to launch a new online ticketing system that will replace long queues.
Visitors will be able to buy electronic tickets on the web or purchase them with a QR code right outside the pool. There will be no need to have a physical ticket with you, having one on your phone will be enough.
“Gradually by the end of 2017, we want to switch towards a bigger variability in ticket management and purchase”, Evžen Hrubešt, director of the Kraví hora Sport and Recreation Complex, says.
Single account for a family
In the end of August, you will be able to purchase multiple cards through one web account, and manage them on the website. For instance, every family member will have their card tied to a single account through which can be recharged credit via a bank transfer or credit card separately for each family member.
All account holders will be able to get notified about the events, opening times, water temperature and number of visitors. The existing account may also be used in Brno Observatory and Planetarium. The next season, your account should also pay for your snacks and drinks using.
