On summer holidays in Greece, there were a few foods that had strange names for our non-Greek tongues, but were so delicious we made a point to remember the name. Now, we are happy to find the authentic Greek cuisine right in the heart of Brno.

About how the idea to open a Greek restaurant in Brno came, the owner Giannis Perpatis says: “Brno is my favourite city among all the cities I’ve visited. It is developing very fast and every day, new people come to live here.”
Alati is more than a regular Greek restaurant with a good taste and quality food. Everything is cooked with old family recipes which pass from generation to generation and have been perfected over the years.
“This is what makes Alati different from the other Greek restaurants in Brno,” Giannis claims and smiles.
Talented chef uses fresh and pure ingredients to achieve the perfect taste and Mediterranean feel.
There is a big variety of food you can order, as there is the main menu and also the daily lunch menu.
“We love and offer Greek cuisine and the special dish of the restaurant is a popular mix grill,” Giannis explains.
From the reviews on Alati Facebook page, one happy customer says: “Even though I have tried many dishes in this restaurant, No. 1 for me and my friends still remains the Mix Grill plate, this is a must-try! Mix Grill consist of perfectly grilled, tender and juicy pork, chicken, keftedakia (greek meatballs), homemade Greek sausage, sauce and pita.”

To Alati restaurant you can go alone, with a friend, or even you can organize special events like birthday parties.
