“Trdlokafe” on Nádražní shut down for several hygienic issues

Brno, Mar 13 (BD) – A recent inspection by CAFIA revealed several hygienic issues such as “strongly neglected cleaning”, “unavailable warm water supply for washing hands”, and “accumulation of waste”.

CAFIA reports that there was no warm water supply, so that hygienic cleaning of dishes and glasses was impossible.

The closure was published on Food pillory and CAFIA’s website (available in English) yesterday, where people can browse a list of condemned establishments and report food hygiene issues.
