Thanks to the local Moravian photographer, Radek Severa, and his art exhibitions in Kyjov’s City Gallery, more tourists are learning about the Moravian “Tuscany” – a region that charms with its beauty. The Condé Nast Traveller, a well-known photo themed magazine has recently placed the South Moravian region among the top 50 most beautiful places on Earth.
“A lot of tourists from all over the world come to Kyjov with a famous picture from the Internet in hand in order to see the place and take a photo by themselves”, says Dita Hojacova, the worker of the Kyjov Information Center.
The municipality of Kyjov has already prepared bike trails across the picturesque undulant landscapes that lead to the places where the original pictures were taken. You may find more information on the trails here.
