330,000 people visited Zoo Brno in 2018, the highest number of visitors in the modern history of the zoo.
In 2019, the zoo is preparing several new attractions. Visitors to Brno Zoo will see several new species in the coming months, including Korsak (Vulpes corsac), McCord’s longhorn(Chelodina mccordi), and a shark (Pseudoginglymostoma brevicaudatum).
Zoo’s volunteering program is open to everybody – also to non-Czech speaking expats.

November–February: 9.00–16.00
March, October: 9.00–17.00
April–September 9.00–18.00
Pavilions and ticket offices close one hour before the zoo closing.
