From this Thursday, a new Finnish sauna is in operation at Kraví hora.
Brno, Feb 23 (BD) – The new sauna “with the most beautiful view in Brno” opened yesterday in the outdoor part of the Kraví hora Sport and Recreation Centre.
You can enjoy panoramic views of the city centre and its landmarks right from the sauna.
The mobile wooden Finnish sauna is located above the outdoor swimming pool. It is heated by electric stoves at a temperature of 95-100 ° C, spokeswoman of Brno-střed Town Hall Kateřina Dobešová stated.
The new sauna allows aromatherapy, and has a capacity of 15 people.
The sauna is open daily from February 22 until the end of April from 15.30 to 21.30.
The entry price for an hour and half is 190 crowns, with the last entries being allowed 80 minutes before the end of opening hours.
“The sauna was lacking there. I believe that especially the local people will appreciate it and will use it abundantly because they have long been interested in it,” says Ing. Martin Schwab, 4th vice-mayor of Brno-střed in the official press release.
“The Town Hall of Brno-střed has invested nearly two million crowns. Depending on how much interest in the sauna there is this year, we may enlarge the sauna facilities and possibly introduce other similar wellness and recreational elements”, Schwab explains.
