Czech Police reported a Facebook page that called for the lynching of a girl scout known from the May Day demonstration in Brno last week. South-Moravian police are taking steps to ensure the safety of the girl and will consider taking a legal action.

A girl scout and male extremist; the shot from Brno traveled the world. The picture was taken by one of the participants of the demonstration, Vladimír Čičmanec (title picture of this article) after a friend pointed out the exchange between one of the protesters representing ‘Youth and the Workers’ and ‘Party of Social Justice’ and a local 16-year old girl scout.

On Sunday, the girl said that she had sought to highlight the risk of continuing penetration of hateful thinking in the Czech society and media. “I did not expect that the evidence of what I had described earlier would turn out so quickly.” stated the girl for a release of Brno Blokuje, a citizen initiative against the protests.

Lidovky.cz reports that at the May demonstration in Brno met about 150 supporters of the far right and 300 of their opponents.
