Brno, Mar 29 (BD) – Winter weather is coming to an end and temperatures are slowly climbing. Spring showers will bring a greener environment when the sun finally comes, but is the weather usually like this at this time of the year?
According to weatherspark.com, cold winter weather in Brno lasts until the middle of March. This weather service reports that in March, the daily high temperatures usually range between 5°C and 11°C, rarely falling below -1°C or exceeding 18° C; the daily low temperatures range on average between -1°C and 3°C, rarely falling below -7°C or exceeding 7° C.
In March of 2017, the website timeanddate.com reported an average daily high temperature of 8ºC, once reaching as high as 20ºC, and an average daily low of -1ºC.
From the 1st of this March of this year to the present day, the same website reports an average daily high temperature of 2ºC and an average daily low of -8ºC, meaning this March has been colder than usual in Brno.
Those who want to enjoy Easter in the best way can expect mild temperatures over the weekend, although there may be periods of light rain and wind, according to the weather service at weather.com:
Thursday – Cloudy with a high of 11°C and a low of 1°C.
Friday – Mostly cloudy with a high of 12°C and a low of 8°C.
Saturday – Thunderstorms with a high of 14°C and a low of 4°C.
Sunday – Clouds/Wind with a high of 8°C and a low of 1°C.
Monday – Partly cloudy with a high of 11°C and a low of 3°C
Tuesday – Partly cloudy with a high of 16°C and a low of 6°C
